FORMS AND HANDBOOK

 

All current and perspective members need to have a registration form and health form on file with the band. Be sure to print out the necessary information and bring it to the next AMB rehearsal. Print and keep the handbook to refer to when needed. Please contact AMB staff if there are any questions.
